国际能源巨头们正加速布局，向低碳业务转型。美国最大石油公司埃克森美孚和TETRA达成协议，共同开发锂业务，这是该公司今年第二次收购生产电动汽车电池所需的资产。
锂被视为“白色石油”，是制造新能源汽车动力电池重要原材料之一。进军锂矿也由此成为不少能源巨头推进多元化发展的重要举措。
近年来，包括荷兰壳牌、道达尔集团在内的多家石油公司纷纷入局，新能源汽车已成为传统能源巨头的“兵家必争之地”。
能源转型正深刻改变着油气行业的经营模式和业态，能源结构的绿色低碳发展已成为必然选择。从五大国际石油公司发布的今年一季度财报来看，石油公司整体业绩表现依然强劲，在优化传统油气业务的同时，正在聚焦优质资产的开发，稳步发展低碳业务，加快能源结构多元化的转型步伐，从传统油气公司逐渐转向低碳化、清洁化的综合性能源公司。

6月29日，默克宣布将扩建其位于长三角核心区域的南通生命科学中心。
On June 29, Merck announced the expansion of its Life Science Center in Nantong, China, a major transportation hub in the Yangtze River Delta region.
此次7000万欧元的投资扩建将大幅提升其高纯度试剂产能，每年为生物医药企业提供数千吨用于质控和检测的高纯度试剂。
The approximate €70 million investment will allow the large-scale manufacturing of high-purity reagents for quality control and testing for biopharma customers, increasing annual output by several thousand tons.
默克生命科学业务科学与实验室解决方案全球负责人Jean-Charles Wirth表示："中国生命科学和生物制药行业的持续增长加大了对高质量产品和更具韧性的供应链的需求。为确保给客户提供无缝供应，我们加快了在华扩张计划。"

Merck will build a new reagent production plant at the Nantong site, which is expected to be operational by 2026.

6月28日，霍尼韦尔宣布其位于天津港保税区的可持续发展数智创新中心正式揭牌。
On June 28, Honeywell unveiled its Sustainability and Digitalization Innovation Center located in the Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone.
该中心将致力于节能减排、数字化、智能制造等领域的技术开发和产业化应用。
The Innovation Center will focus on the technological development and industrial application in the field of energy conservation and emission reduction, digitalization and intelligent manufacturing.
霍尼韦尔特性材料和技术集团副总裁兼亚太区总经理刘茂树表示：“面向未来，我们将充分发挥霍尼韦尔的综合优势，以创新的技术和解决方案助力中国智能制造和可持续发展，更将服务亚太区乃至全球市场。”
“We will give full play to Honeywell's technological strength to enable Chinese customers’ smart manufacturing initiatives and sustainable development with our innovative technologies and solutions, and also serve the Asia-Pacific and the global market,” said Henry Liu, vice-president and general manager of Honeywell Performance Materials and Technologies Asia-Pacific.
当天，在创新中心揭牌活动中，霍尼韦尔还与天津渤海化工集团有限责任公司签署战略合作备忘录。根据签署的备忘录，双方将聚焦塑料化学循环和可持续航空燃料（SAF）技术，探讨并推进有关项目在天津落地实施。
On the same day, Honeywell also signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Tianjin Bohai Chemical Industry Group Co., LTD. According to the MoU, the two sides will explore cooperation opportunities in Tianjin on plastic recycling and sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) technologies.
